Lifeplan's Vitamin B Complex, Mega Potency, contains 500mg of a well balanced ratio of the B Vitamins including: B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), B5 (Pantothenic Acid), vitamin B6, Biotin (vitamin B7), Folic Acid (B9) and Vitamin B12. It also includes Inositol, Choline and PABA (Para Amino Benzoic Acid). 

All the B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, Biotin and B12) contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. 

Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, Biotin and vitamin B12 also contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system. 

These one a day tablets have also been approved by the Vegan Society. Suitable for Vegetarians too. 

PLEASE NOTE: In rare cases long term intakes of Vitamin B6 50mg may lead to mild tingling and numbness.

Directions
