It can be applied neat, directly to the face, using cotton wool or can be diluted for use. It can also be added to your bath as you require.

Directions:
To use as a toner,apply using clean cotton wool. Natures Aid Premium Strength Traditional Rose Water could also be diluted in water or added to a bath as required.
