Avocado refined is a lighter and more versatile oil but less rich in nutrients than the crude version. They are both ideally suited for use in facial blends or for adding to blends to boost the vitamin content.
Avocado refined contains saturated and monounsaturated fatty acids and vitamins A, B and D. It is rich in lecithin and is a very viscose oil able to penetrate the skins upper layers. An excellent carrier oil for dehydrated, dry itchy and wrinkled skin.
This carrier oil is best suited for facial massage and facial blends.
