This product contains a variety of vitamins, minerals and botanical ingredients to help women during the menopause. Amongst the B Vitamins, Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and, along with Vitamin B12 and Pantothenic Acid (B5), contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin K2, Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Magnesium all contribute to the maintenance of normal bones, which is particularly important to women, especially after the menopause.
