These tablets are a special formulation of important minerals and vitamins, suitable for use by women of all ages. They have been carefully balanced so that Magnesium and Calcium are in a 1:1 ratio.

Magnesium and Calcium contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Calcium also contributes to normal blood-clotting and contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes.

Vitamin B6 and Magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system. 

Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and the maintenance of normal teeth, hair, skin and nails.

Directions

As a supplement, take one tablet daily, preferably with a little liquid.
 
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
