What does MegaMag® Muscleze Magnesium Glycinate Powder do?
MegaMag Muscleze Magnesium Glycinate Powder delivers 240mg of magnesium per scoop in superior, highly absorbable forms that are gentle on the stomach - bisglycinate and malate. The formula also contains malic acid, amino acids - l-carnitine, creatine, glutamine and taurine – and B vitamins including the body-ready, active forms of vitamin B12 and folate (vitamin B9). This formula has been designed to support muscle recovery.
Dosage
Mix 1 scoop into 100-250ml water or juice and stir or shake.
Alternatively add 1 scoop to any food to increase magnesium content.
Take this twice a day.

Can I mix with anything other than water?
Yes, as long as the food/drink is no hotter than room temperature

Why is there a red plastic capsule in the powder?
The red plastic capsule contains silica which is a dessicant to stop the powder becoming moist once opened. It should not be consumed
