People with occasional constipation
People with skin conditions such as psoriasis
Directions: Adults and children over 10 years of age, one to two capsules daily. In extreme cases can take up to four for the first day and then reduce to one or two capsules daily. As part of a calorie controlled diet or slimming program for adults take one capsule daily
Warnings: Should not be taken by pregnant or breast feeding women or people suffering from any gastric or intestinal disorders without consulting a qualified practitioner. Discontinue use if abdominal pain, diarrhoea or vomiting occurs.
