Goodnight is the natural alternative for a restful night. Amongst other oils chosen by our aromatherapists for this bedtime blend is Lavender, renown for its sleep inducing properties. To help you have a refreshing nights sleep, try adding a few drops of our Goodnight blend to some bath dispersing oil and add to the warm running water in pre-bedtime bath.
To use as a pre-bedtime massage oil, blend 5 drops of Goodnight with 10ml of carrier oil. Then add few drops on a tissue, or on your pillow, or diffuse in our Aroma-Space diffuser in your bedroom before you drift off to sleep.
